Key Responsibilities: - Manage a diverse Children & Families caseload, including assessments, reviews, welfare reports, and court attendance. - Collaborate with colleagues across early help, prevention, and multi-agency partnerships to deliver tailored support. - Develop and implement action and care plans that safeguard and promote the welfare of children. - Use your professional expertise to innovate and respond creatively to complex situations. - Advocate for children in care, ensuring their voices are at the centre of all decision-making. - Maintain accurate, up-to-date case records in compliance with statutory requirements. What Were Looking For: Qualifications: - Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent. - Registration with Social Work England (SWE). - Successful completion of your Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE). Experience: - Post-qualification experience managing a complex children and families caseload. - Demonstrated success in assessing and reviewing care plans and resources. - Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and best practices in safeguarding.
